Lead Pastor
Pastor Cameron serves as our Lead Pastor, having dedicated himself to ministry since 2011. Passionate about shepherd leadership, he strives to faithfully teach God's Word and show our community the transformative love and mercy of Jesus Christ. Through his heart for service and authentic teaching, he inspires believers to deepen their faith and live out God's calling every day.

Ramon Diaz

Pastor
Guided by a deep love for God and others, Pastor Ramon and his family have faithfully shared the gospel across 30 states and 20 countries. Blessed by the support of First Baptist Church of Florence, Oregon, he continues to touch lives worldwide with a servant’s heart. Whether ministering at home or abroad, his life stands as a testament to the transformative power of faith and selfless service.

Chalmers Haas

Board Member
Chalmers serves as both a valued member of our ministry team and our board treasurer. Having walked alongside Pastor Cameron for 11 years, he brings dedicated leadership, dependable stewardship, and a strong collaborative spirit to our ministry team.

Amanda Warner

Music Ministries Director
Sister Amanda serves alongside her husband, Pastor Cameron, as our Music Ministry Director. In addition to her gift for leading worship through song, she is deeply dedicated to guiding and encouraging women in their walk with Jesus.
